Resident Benefits package is REQUIRED with ALL Magnolia Rental Property Management lease agreement. Resident Benefit Package will be billed on the 1st of each month ($20). The total monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package is all inclusive, and no discounts will be given if any element of the package is unavailable due to any limitation at a specific property.
TENANT INSURANCE PROGRAM --Magnolia Rental Property Management has procured and instituted a master tenants policy that is included in the Resident Benefits Package. Tenant shall receive, without an insurance application or insurance credit check, insurance provided by Magnolia Rental Property Management upon the execution of the lease agreement. This insurance shall remain in full force at all times during the term of this Agreement. Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations provided therein, Magnolia Rental PM master tenant’s policy provides the tenant with Liability: $100,000, Tenant Contents $10,000. The tenant’s insurance will commence on the move-in date, or the first day of the month following signing, is governed by the lease agreement.
CLAIM ASSISTANCE-Magnolia Rental PM will coordinate between the tenant and insurance company for filing claims as needed.
