Sherry
Office Manager
Sherry is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day management of the Magnolia Rental office located in Piedmont, SC. She has been with Magnolia for 10 years. Sherry works closely with the other staff to ensure all of the daily issues are addressed. Her primary function is to handle all the accounting, including , bill payments, payroll, posting repair costs, and any associated accounting functions. She compiles all monthly owner statements and provides monthly financial information to the property owners.
Johnny Pack
Owner / Broker in Charge
Johnny Pack has been working in the real estate and rental business for 14 years. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Clemson University. In addition he also completed his property management, sales and brokers certification from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville.
Throughout the years of managing his own properties with Piedmont Property Investments he developed numerous contacts in real estate sales, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and electrical areas. His passion in the rental business lead him to starting Magnolia. His goal is for this family run business to be the most customer focused real estate Company in the upstate.
VANETRA
Property Manager
Vanetra, known as “Van” is a Property Manager. She handles everything from advertising available rentals, scheduling our weekly showings, showing properties, to preforming routine inspections. She also handles monthly eviction work and tenant/ owner complaints. She has been with Magnolia for 8 years. She obtained her Property Management Education from the Wyatt Real Estate Institute in Greenville, SC.
Joy
Administrative Assistant
Joy is our Administrative Assistant and is lead support for our Office Manager. She received her business degree from SWU and holds a real estate license. She handles posting rental payments, assists with monthly owner statements and general accounting. She also oversees vendor relations, posting repair costs, data entry, and document preparation.
HEATHER
Floating Administrator
Heather is our floating administrator that focuses on the Maintenance portion of the company. She coordinates and dispatches maintenance work requests, and also takes care of general data entry. She also handles our in house sales as well as one of our rental showing agents. She is also a liaison between owners and the office for many maintenance issues. Heather has been with Magnolia for 5 years.
Brooke
Property Manager
Brooke is a property manager in the office. She advertises most of our available properties, shows properties, and handles the student housing properties we manage. Brooke handles leases and lease renewals as well. She assists with monthly eviction work and tenant/ owner complaints. She obtained her Property Management Education from the Wyatt Real Estate Institute in Greenville, SC. Brooke has been with Magnolia for a year.
Ashley
Front office
Ashley is our front office administrative assistant. Ashley is the face of Magnolia and is the first point of contact for all phone calls and anyone that visits our office. She is also responsible for inviting potential tenants to our showings and creating the “confirm” list. She assists with any administrative work needed including, but not limited to, sending out violation notices, assisting with lease signings, running applications, emailing owners/ tenants.
Abbi
Administrative assistant
Abbi is one of our administrative assistants. She is responsible for many important aspects of Magnolia. Abbi arranges inspections and notifies tenants, sends inspection reports to owners, and put in work orders from inspections. She assists with some accounting work as well. Abbi is a back up on phones and assisting anyone that comes into the office. She has been with Magnolia for 3 years, has become a Notary.
John
Administrative Assistant
John works in our back office and does “behind the scenes work.” He is responsible for billing out work orders, putting in the time maintenance worked, and keeping record of materials purchased. He makes sure work orders are closed out in a timely manner to avoid any clogs in the system and to ensure maintenance has a list of all work orders to be completed. He is responsible for getting a report on how many work orders each of our vendors has. John has an accounting degree from Lander.
