Sherry is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day management of the Magnolia Rental office located in Piedmont, SC. Sherry works closely with the other staff to ensure all of the daily issues are addressed. Her primary function is to handle all the accounting, including , bill payments, payroll, posting repair costs, and any associated accounting functions. She compiles all monthly owner statements and provides monthly financial information to the property owners. Sherry has been with Magnolia since 2014.

Johnny Pack has been working in the real estate and rental business for 14 years. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Clemson University. In addition he also completed his property management, sales and brokers certification from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville.
Throughout the years of managing his own properties with Piedmont Property Investments he developed numerous contacts in real estate sales, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and electrical areas. His passion in the rental business lead him to starting Magnolia. His goal is for this family run business to be the most customer focused real estate Company in the upstate.
Johnny started Magnolia Rental Property Management in 2010.

Brooke is a property manager in the office. She advertises most of our available properties, shows properties, and handles the student housing properties we manage. Brooke handles leases and lease renewals as well. She assists with monthly eviction work and tenant/ owner complaints. She obtained her Property Management Education from the Wyatt Real Estate Institute in Greenville, SC. Brooke has been with Magnolia since 2023.
Vanetra Means, Property Manager

Vanetra, known as “Van” is a Property Manager. She handles everything from advertising available rentals, scheduling our weekly showings, showing properties, to preforming routine inspections. She also handles monthly eviction work and tenant/ owner complaints. She has been with Magnolia for 8 years. She obtained her Property Management Education from the Wyatt Real Estate Institute in Greenville, SC.
Heather Weldon, Maintenance Coordinator

Since her start with the company in 2018, Heather has served as a highly adaptable Floating Administrator, Trainer, and Maintenance Coordinator. Acting as a central liaison between tenants, owners, vendors, and the office, Heather manages maintenance operations from initial requests to final approval and completion.
With an inactive real estate license from the Wyatt Real Estate Institute (2020) and a Certified Manager of Maintenance designation from the National Center for Housing Management (2025), Heather also assists with in-house sales listings and real estate questions. Known as the team’s “Swiss army knife,” Heather ensures efficient workflows, clear communication, and dependable support across departments.
Haley Johnson, Front Office Administrative Assistant

Haley is our front office administrative assistant. Haley is the face of Magnolia and is the first point of contact for all phone calls and anyone that visits our office. She assists with any administrative work needed including, but not limited to, sending out violation notices, assisting with lease signings, running applications, emailing owners/ tenants. Haley has been with Magnolia since 2024.
Ann Jacobs, Administrative Assistant

Ann works in the front office. She answers the phone and assists tenants, owners, and anyone else calling. Ann is responsible for creating the schedule for showings, sending out leads, and making sure the representatives have everything they need for the showing. She assists with running applications, contacting approved applicants, taking deposits, putting in work orders, and entering new tenants into the system. She also helps respond to texts and emails that come in. Ann has been with Magnolia since 2025.
John River, Accounting Assistant

John works in our accounting department. He received his accounting degree from Lander. He is responsible for assisting with sending owner statements and payments, posting rents, handling payment issues as they arise, responding to accounting questions, and keeping detailed spreadsheets for security deposits, payments, etc. John has been with Magnolia since 2024.

Abbi is one of our administrative assistants. She is responsible for many important aspects of Magnolia. Abbi works in the accounting department assisting our office manager (Sherry) and other Accountant (John). She assists with posting tenant rents, sending payments to owners, and adding/ removing charges. Abbi is a back up on phones and assisting anyone that comes into the office. She has also become a Notary. Abbi has been with Magnolia since 2021.

Grant is our accounting assistant for maintenance billing and invoices. He received his degree in accounting from Lander University. Grant is responsible for collecting the work maintenance completed and sending the invoices to owners. He also helps to answer questions the front office has from phone calls. Each week he will collect data from various roles in the office to track metrics and evaluate what areas we need to work on that week. Grant has been with Magnolia since 2025.
Christian Barrett, Administrative Assistant

Christian works both in the office and in the field. His primary responsibility is completing inspections. He is responsible for scheduling inspections, informing the tenants, completing the inspection, and sending them over to the owner. He will also put in work orders from the inspections once the owners approve. Christian also holds a sales license from the CE shop.

Joy is our Real Estate Agent. She received her business degree from SWU and holds a real estate license. She is the sales agents for our tenants looking to purchase a property, owners looking to expand their portfolio, and for people around the upstate just looking to purchase. Joy works off sight, so anyone looking to speak with an agent should contact the office and we will put you in touch!
MAINTENANCE
Magnolia has a maintenance team that is growing yearly. Our current Maintenance staff include many individuals that can handle a wide array of repairs. This team handles issues such as plumbing and electrical, as well as larger projects that include painting and full remodels.
