Office Manager

Sherry is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day management of the Magnolia Rental office located in Piedmont, SC. She works closely with the other staff to insure all of the daily issues are addressed from work orders for repairs, to printing checks for vendors, to working with the property managers to issue leases.  She also oversees the accounts receivable and payable functions.  She compiles all monthly owner statements and provides monthly financial information to the property owners.

Property Manager

Nick has been a licenced Property Manager at Magnolia for over 5 years.  He reviews rental applicants for approval and denial. Communicates with owners and tenants regarding problems and resolutions. Nick also does on-site collections and the filing of necessary legal documents for non-payment of rent. He also represents Magnolia in any legal court matters.

Solicits and evaluates bids for contract services



Office / Administrator

Jessica graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Clemson University. She also received her Master’s Degree in Fine Art from Memphis College of Art. Jessica taught in the public school system before becoming an adjunct professor at Converse College and Anderson University.

Jessica works part time at Magnolia primarily with administrative duties such as preparing monthly statements and general office duties. You may also see Jessica filling in at front desk or answering phone calls when other team members are off.

Johnny Pack

Owner / Broker in Charge

Johnny Pack has been working in the real estate and rental business for 11 years. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Clemson University. In addition he also completed his property management, sales and brokers certification from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville.

Throughout the years of managing his own properties with Piedmont Property Investments he developed numerous contacts in real estate sales, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and electrical areas. His passion in the rental business lead him to starting Magnolia. His goal is for this family run business to be the most customer focused real estate Company in the upstate. 



Jeremy started working with Magnolia in 2013. Jeremy has a good knowledge in general repair items and lawn care services.  Jeremy’s hard work and dedication keeps Magnolia repair prices extremely competitive. He can handle just about any repair call quickly and efficiently which saves owners costly maintenance expenses. In addition to maintenance service calls, Jeremy specializes in cleanings between tenants, lawn care, and general property management services.
