Applications may be submitted online through our website, at a property showing, or at the office..

How much is It to apply?

The application fee is a non-refundable fee of $45, payable by check or money order. Online submissions are payable only by card payments.

Applications are valid for three months. Your application may be used for any property we manage that becomes available within that three month time frame.

Should the property you applied for rent, please review our available properties and let us know which property to apply your application. We will pull the application, note the new property, and submit it for review.


It generally takes about 24 hours to process applications.. If additional information is required, we will contact you requesting it.

Should a co-signor be needed, we will notify you and we will process the co-signor’s application as quickly as possible.




Payments may be made through check or money order at our office. There is a drop box to the left of the door where payments may be made should the office be closed.

Payments may be made through our online portal. (rentecdirect.com) Should a card be used, there is a 3% fee; a checking account may be used for electronic checks, free of charge.

A check or money order may also be mailed to the office.

Payments may also be called into the office. The same for card and electronic payments mentioned above hold for payments called to the office..

Yes, we do accept Housing Authority vouchers. Some properties do not permit it, so please check with our office for more information.




It depends on the property as some owners will permit pets and others do not. It is usually stated in the advertisement. If they are permitted, there is a monthly pet fee and a maximum limit of two.

Sometimes a property is not usually pet friendly, however an owner may approve a pet, depending on the type of pet, application, age, and such other information.

We have some properties that do not permit aggressive breeds as listed by insurance companies. Some properties have a limit on the weight permitted in the property. Please just ask if it is not stated in the ad for the property.

Normally, the maximum number of pets is two.
